Chongqing prefabricated building industry development plan announced

Recently, we learned from the Municipal Commission of Urban and Rural Development that the Municipal Commission of Urban and Rural Development and the Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology jointly released the Chongqing prefabricated building Industry Development Plan (2018-2025) (referred to as the "Plan"). According to the Planning, Chongqing will form a "3+7+100" industrial layout of prefabricated building, and strive to achieve an industrial output value of more than 300 billion yuan of prefabricated building in 2025.

According to the Planning, Chongqing will form a "3+7+100" industrial layout of prefabricated building, and strive to achieve an industrial output value of more than 300 billion yuan of prefabricated building in 2025.
The so-called prefabricated building is to build a house like a car. A large number of components of this new type of building are produced and processed in the workshop, and then transported to the construction site for assembly and splicing. This not only makes building construction more convenient, but also energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
According to the introduction from the municipal urban and rural construction committee, the implementation opinions on vigorously developing prefabricated building issued at the beginning of this year put forward that our city will vigorously develop prefabricated concrete structures, steel structures and modern timber structures in accordance with the principle of promoting by districts and gradually promoting. Among them, various districts in the main city, as well as Fuling District, Yongchuan District, Nanchuan District, Qijiang District, and Rongchang District, are key development areas. Wanzhou District, Qianjiang District, Changshou District, Jiangjin District, Hechuan District, Dazu District, Bishan District, Tongliang District, and Tongnan District are active development areas, while other districts and counties are encouraged development areas.
In order to cultivate a new driving force for the development of Chongqing's construction industry, the Plan requires actively promoting the development of prefabricated building industry in accordance with the principles of government guidance, market leadership, intelligent leadership, innovation driven, adaptation to local conditions, green development, cluster efficiency, and leader driven, and striving to achieve more than 15% of the total area of prefabricated building in the city in the new construction area by 2020, and strive to reach 20%, The whole industrial chain covering prefabricated building R&D and design, parts production, intelligent construction, construction and installation, equipment manufacturing, logistics transportation, decoration, quality testing, education and training has been initially formed, making the annual output value of prefabricated building industry in Chongqing reach more than 180 billion yuan.
By 2025, the area of prefabricated building in the city will account for more than 30% of the new building area, striving to reach 35%, and the annual output value of prefabricated building industry in the city will reach more than 300 billion yuan.
It is worth mentioning that our city will plan the "3+7+100" industrial layout around the key development areas and active development areas, that is, to build three prefabricated building comprehensive industrial parks, and each park will develop at least four types of prefabricated building industries; 7 characteristic prefabricated building industrial parks will be built, and each park will focus on prefabricated building of category 1 to 2; Build 100 municipal prefabricated building industrial bases.
